Returning to Everest for his thirteenth expedition, world renowned mountaineer Pete Athans attempts to be the first Westerner ever to summit Everest for a sixth time. In collaboration with National Geographic, Pete will measure the exact height of the rooftop of the world.

Bicitekas started pedaling in 1998, "Reciclo del Biciclo" is an audiovisual experiment carried out in 1999 during Naomi Uman's "Handmade Cinema" course at the Image Center. Their goal was to celebrate the turn of the century and the renaissance of urban cycling as an efficient means of transportation. The original format is 16 mm film, one part was scratched and drawn frame by frame, another was filmed with a Bolex camera and revealed manually in the sun: "pizcacha" or recycled film and a photocopy of a magazine on film intervened with letraset were also added.
